Shipping & Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on faulty merchandise. If you purchase faulty goods please contact us within 7 days so that we can arrange to have the goods replaced or your money refunded.

For any other returns and cancellations, there is a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A return or exchange will be issued when the original product is received by us.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do!

You will be charged the actual postage quote

All orders will be sent via Australia Post. We will get a quote from the post office and send you an email with the details. If cost accepted we will send a PayPal invoice for the shipping

Orders will be sent when payment is made in full and tracking number emailed to you

If confirmation is not received about the postage cost within 3 days, your order will be canceled and money refunded

Please allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive

If your order does not arrive in the above stated times please contact us. We can not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping, although we will make every effort to assist with making enquiries with Australia Post.

Please note we are not responsible for duties or taxes incurred once parcels arrive in your designated country
